Executive Committee

The Executive Committee shall be comprised of seven members, two appointed and five elected.  The President of COSCA and the President of NACM shall each appoint one member in consultation with the JTC Co- Chairs.  Of the elected members, two members shall be state court chief information techno logy officers; one member shall be a NACM chief information techno logy officer whose court serves a population of more than one million citizens; one member shall be a NACM chief information techno logy officer whose court serves a population of less than one million citizens; and one member shall be an appellate court chief information officer. The Chair shall be a state court chief information techno logy officer and shall serve for one year.

CITOC Standing Committees

Editorial Committee

The general duties of the editorial committee will be to develop materials of interest and value to the membership in support of the organizational goals.  Materials may include technical experience bulletins, web site content, case studies, and best practices.

Education Committee

The general duties of the education committee will be to provide assistance to the National Center, NACM, COSCA and other national court related organizations with their technology educational programs, and develop the education program for the CITOC Annual Meetings.

Membership Committee

The general duties of the membership committee will be to recruit new members, maintain membership list, and work with the National Center on annual renewal notices September of each year.

Research Committee

The general duties of the research committee will be to provide an institutional forum for CITOC members to solicit, compile and report information from members on topics of interest.
